- Key Responsibilities:Conduct telesales and manage communication with premium clients across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client requirements, share detailed product information, and pitch customized garment solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases using basic Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue.




- Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in sales / telesales, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining client data.
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
- Strong customer retention and relationship management abilities.
