Target Recovery & Resolution: Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets by negotiating payment plans, settlements, and securing firm Promises to Pay (PTP) from defaulted borrowers.
Field Visits & Customer Contact: Conduct daily field visits and outbound calls to establish direct contact with delinquent customers, trace non-traceable cases, and address payment delays.
Compliance & DRA Guidelines: Ensure 100% adherence to RBI guidelines, DRA regulations, statutory code of conduct, and ethical recovery practices without any customer harassment.
Bucket & Portfolio Management: Follow up on overdue accounts across early and late delinquency stages to control portfolio roll-rates and prevent bad debts.
Daily Reporting & Cash Reconciliation: Update call logs and field visit reports in the CRM daily, collect payments through authorized modes, and ensure accurate, timely remittance of funds.
