Job Vacancy: Godown Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on interview and experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the godown.
- Handle receiving, storage, arrangement, and stock management of raw materials.
- Supervise all labour staff and monitor their daily work.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline inside the godown.
- Check labour attendance, performance, and work quality regularly.
- Maintain proper records of raw materials and stock.
- Conduct outlet visits twice a week to check stock requirements and operations.
- Ensure all raw materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Monitor safety and cleanliness standards in the godown.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock, labour, and daily requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in godown/warehouse management preferred.
- Positive labour handling and team supervision skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and record keeping.
