Role OverviewThe Team Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily operations of the rice mill, managing workforce activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules, and supporting the proprietor in administrative and logistical tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate labor teams to ensure smooth production and hulling operations.
- Monitor rice mill capacity utilization (8 tons/hour) and maintain efficiency standards.
- Oversee attendance, shift allocation, and workforce discipline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely procurement and dispatch.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, labor performance,



and operational challenges.
- Assist in documentation for banking, insurance, and government compliance.
- Support management in grievance handling and conflict resolution among workers.
- Maintain records of wages, overtime, and resource allocation.
- Qualifications & SkillsGraduate degree (preferred: Commerce, Management, or Industrial Relations).
- 2–4 years of experience in team management, preferably in manufacturing or agro‑processing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Knowledge of labor resource management and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
