Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident, presentable and target-oriented Front Desk Manager who can manage client interactions, handle leads, coordinate appointments and actively contribute to sales and lead conversion.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage front desk, walk-ins, calls, inquiries and appointments professionally.
- Handle pre-sales, lead follow-ups and client conversion.
- Coordinate with Advisors to maximize consultations and sales.
- Maintain and update CRM/lead database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support local marketing, referral activities and client engagement.
- Track daily footfall, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and skilled studio presentation.




- Must-Have Profile2–5 years of experience in Front Desk, Pre-Sales, Sales, Telecalling, Clinic/Salon/Beauty/Aesthetics or Premium Retail.
- Proven experience in lead handling, follow-up and sales conversion.
- Excellent English + Hindi communication; regional language preferred.
- Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with premium clients.
- Target-driven with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and appointment systems.
- Candidates from beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, salon, hospitality or premium retail backgrounds preferred.

ImportantThis is NOT a purely receptionist/front-desk role. Candidates must have strong Pre-Sales, Lead Management and Conversion experience.
