*About the Role*

We are a smart home solutions company specializing in smart switches.

We are looking for a *Site Sales & Installation Coordinator* who can visit customer sites, give accurate quotations, demonstrate products, and coordinate with electricians for smooth installation.

This is a field + sales + technical role. You will be the face of our brand at customer sites.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Site Survey & Quotation*

- Visit customer homes for site survey

- Take measurements and prepare on-spot quotations for smart switches, hubs, and installation charges

- Explain product features, benefits, and ROI to customers

*2. Technical Coordination*

- Coordinate with on-site electricians for wiring requirements

- Guide electricians during installation of smart switches, modules, and hubs

*3. Customer Handling*

- Conduct product demos at customer site

- Address customer queries and explain app usage, automation scenes

- Maintain professional relationship and ensure customer satisfaction

*4. Reporting & Coordination*

- Submit daily site visit reports and quotations to sales manager





- Coordinate with warehouse team for material dispatch to site

- Follow up on pending installations and payments

- Maintain stock of demo products and tools

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

*Must Have:*

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical or 2+ years experience as electrician / field sales in electrical/home automation

- Good knowledge of home wiring: 1-way, 2-way, neutral, MCB, load calculation

- Ability to read electrical layouts and switch board drawings

- Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

- Own bike + valid driving license

*Good to Have:*

- Experience with modular switches, smart home products, CCTV, or security systems

- Basic smartphone app handling for device pairing

- Prior experience in sales/quotation
