DK Infrastructure is engaged in the sale of residential plots and residential villas, offering quality investment opportunities and premium living solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team on a Full time or Part-Time basis. The role involves building relationships with real estate brokers, generating leads, arranging meetings, conducting site visits, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.
* Generate leads through brokers, references, social media, and direct client outreach.
* Arrange meetings between prospective buyers and the company.
* Schedule and coordinate site visits for residential plots and villas.
* Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
* Follow up regularly with brokers and customers to convert inquiries into sales.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
* Maintain records of leads, broker networks, meetings, and sales activities.
* Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
* Represent DK Infrastructure at promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Requirements
* Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate sales preferred.
* Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Knowledge of local real estate markets is an advantage.
* Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
