Experience: 1–2 Years

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of SEO
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO
- Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
- Technical SEO basics
- Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical SEO knowledge with result-oriented approach

2. Social Media Content Creator

Experience: 1–2 Years

Required Skills:

- Creative content ideas and strong storytelling
- Social Media Management
- Reels, Posts, Carousels & Short-form Video Content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Good knowledge of trends, hooks, captions & CTAs
- Basic Canva/Photoshop & Video Editing skills
- Understanding of audience engagement and content strategy
- Creative mindset with positive marketing understanding

Performance Marketer

Experience: 1–2 Years

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Campaign Optimization & A/B Testing
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA & ROAS
- Data-driven thinking and analytical skills
- Focus on lead quality, conversions and ROI

Common Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant practical experience
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Practical knowledge will be preferred over only theoretical knowledge
- Candidates should be creative, proactive and willing to learn
