Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and responsible Kitchen Staff to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations at Zepto Café. The role involves preparing food and beverages according to standard recipes, maintaining hygiene and food-safety standards, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food and beverages as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Handle ingredients, cooking equipment, and kitchen tools safely.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and personal-hygiene standards.
- Check ingredient quality, freshness, and storage conditions.
- Support inventory management and inform the supervisor about low or damaged stock.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for food and ingredients.
- Pack and label orders correctly for dispatch.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Follow all company SOPs and instructions from the Store/Café Manager.




- Work effectively during peak hours and maintain productivity targets.
- Requirements10th/12th pass or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, QSR, café, restaurant, or food-production setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
