? Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.

? Identify and approach new B2B customers, dealers, distributors,



and business partners.

?️ Promote construction and flooring products including PVC paver molds, tile molds, and related chemicals.

? Conduct regular client visits and understand customer requirements.

? Generate recent business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.

? Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and maintain relationships.

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.

? Track market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and sales performance.

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

? Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

? Identify new markets and business opportunities for company products.

? Travel regularly for client meetings, market visits, and business development activities.

? Salary & Incentive: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, as per skill & experience

? Incentive: ₹30,000+ based on performance
