- ? Your Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate day-to-day accounting records.
- Handle sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and vouchers.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records.
- Maintain ledgers and perform regular account reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting data.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.
- Assist with monthly accounting and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with management regarding day-to-day financial activities.
- Ensure all accounting records are updated and maintained properly.
- Handle other accounting-related responsibilities as required.
