Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience)
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible HR Executive to join our growing immigration.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding and maintaining a positive work workplace.
- Recruit and screen candidates for different positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate with management and employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
