About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join the Lenskart retail team. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right eyewear, and achieving store sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
- Explain product features, offers, pricing, and available options.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Drive conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and repeat purchases.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management and housekeeping.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow Lenskart's sales processes, SOPs,



and customer service standards.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass + relevant experience.
- Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Retail, sales, customer service, or eyewear experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in retail store shifts.
