Position: Business Development Manager
Job Purpose :
Responsible for achieving the sales target. Also responsible for undertaking key customer interaction. Responsible to ensure achievement of sales target as per the Annual Business Plan segment wise.
Reporting to: AGM Food Operations
Location: East Region
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Execution and Planning Support:
- New Business Call, meeting client and explaining about Newar F&B; Services
- Responsible for generating new business from companies operating in the sub-segment in line with the targeted revenue growth strategy for the Corporate Services Segment across key markets in the region.
- Execute direct selling activities by prioritizing effectively and in accordance with the overall sales objective of Newar F&B; Services.
- Meet sales targets as per forecast requirements.
- Regular follow ups for prospective clients and convert them into business.
- Maintaining follow-up and PR with Existing client to improve organic sales with the help of outlet & Unit In charge.




Daily interaction with Clients
- Meet key B2B Clients and communicate
- Resolve clients issues (if any) as and when raised
- Follow up on collections
Increasing customer base and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain rapport with customers and identify current customer opportunities in the B2B and B2C segment to acquire new customers to increase market penetration
- Responsible for increasing the customer satisfaction rate and market share Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with services provided by Newar F&B; Hospitality
- Compiling a P&L; and defining the win strategy for new and organic business growth.
