We are looking for a Marketing Head who will take complete responsibility for the firm's digital marketing, Instagram, YouTube, content strategy and organic lead generation.
The primary objective of this role is to build a solid digital presence and generate 5,000+ qualified organic leads per month through consistent content creation, distribution, SEO and social media marketing.
This is a hands-on marketing role. The candidate will not only plan marketing but will actively participate in content editing, publishing, optimization, lead generation and performance tracking.
PRIMARY TARGET 5,000+ Organic Leads Per Month
The Marketing Head will be responsible for building and managing systems that generate leads through:
- YouTube
- Instagram
- Reels
- Shorts
- Educational content
- SEO
- Social media
- Organic search
- Content marketing
- Other organic digital channels
The goal is to create a predictable organic lead-generation engine for the firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Instagram Marketing
Take complete ownership of the firm's Instagram presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Instagram content strategy.
- Plan Reels, posts, carousels and stories.
- Identify trending topics relevant to legal/business audiences.
- Create content calendars.
- Coordinate content creation.
- Edit and publish Reels.
- Write captions and hooks.
- Optimize hashtags, keywords and descriptions.
- Track reach, engagement and leads.
- Convert Instagram audience into enquiries.
2. YouTube Marketing
YouTube will be one of the primary lead-generation channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop YouTube content strategy.
- Research high-search-volume topics.
- Identify topics capable of generating legal/business enquiries.
- Plan long-form videos, Shorts and educational content.
- Edit videos or coordinate with video editors.
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions and keywords.
- Improve CTR and watch time.
- Track video-wise lead generation.
- Identify high-performing content
