QivoFit is a D2C activewear brand for Indian women. We launched in January 2026 with a simple problem to solve: most activewear in India is polyester, and polyester was never built for Indian skin or Indian weather. We make leggings and sports bras in QURVE™, our own polyester-free, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric.
We are bootstrapped, small, and growing fast. You will work directly with the founders.
The role
You own how we acquire customers and how we keep them.
That means all paid media, the website funnel, and repeat purchase. You are not producing creative. You are deciding what gets tested, reading what the numbers say, and making the call on where money goes.
What you will own
Paid media
- Meta ads end to end. Campaign structure, budget allocation, audience strategy, creative testing calendar, scale and kill decisions
- Google ads. Brand search, category search, Shopping and PMax
- Weekly reporting on ROAS and spend, with a transparent read on what changed and why
Website funnel
- Own conversion rate from ad click to order confirmation
- Run a structured A/B testing calendar across landing pages, product pages, offers and checkout
- Find the biggest drop-off and fix it first
Repeat and retention
- Own repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
- Build and run WhatsApp and email flows
- Cohort analysis. Which channels bring customers who come back
What we are looking for
- Two to four years running paid media with real budget responsibility, ideally in D2C
- You have personally built and scaled Meta campaigns, not just monitored them
- Comfortable in Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4 and UTM based attribution
