Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance purposes.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in English language (spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
- Fresh graduate or recent college passout preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent voice quality with valuable pronunciation.
