Job Description:
Monitor IT infrastructure including servers websites network devices and applications and respond to s
Perform batch monitoring including creating editing scheduling and deleting batch jobs
Handle batch job requests to run hold or cancel jobs
Work on Windows Server and Windows servicerelated requests
Maintain and update the ServiceNow CMDB and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Perform Windows server patching using Microsoft SCCM
Manage monitoring tools including adding modifying and removing monitors
Participate in and support major incident management including coordination

Ability to work in 24x7 project and adopts to shift rotation easily
Experience in SCCM patching tool
Basic understanding of Windows Operating system
Troubleshooting servicerelated issues
Must handle responsibilities by multitasking working independently and with minimal direction Must deliver objectives both individually and by interaction with others therefore must demonstrate an understanding of organizational functions and departments
Must possess robust interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner

Experience on TWSIWS batch console Scheduling jobs in IWS cancelling jobs and running jobs manually
Basic understanding in creating jobs in windows

Maintain CMDB and ensure proper communications are done to the teams
Managing Major Incidents ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorized expedited and resolved efficiently
Demonstrated experience in Monitoring tool user administration and security best practice
