Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead the sales function for EV charging solutions, including prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across key customer segments such as workplaces, commercial properties, fleets, and institutions. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts,



and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure solution fit, smooth implementation, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include tracking market trends, providing feedback for product improvement, and reporting sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, energy, mobility, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and account management, including building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market opportunities, and segment customers for EV charging solutions.
