- Customer Engagement: Welcome shoppers, listen to their preferences (budget, occasion, style), and educate them on gemstone quality, metal purity (e.g., 18k/22k gold), and craftsmanship
- Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team-based sales targets while upselling and promoting specific or aged stock
- Stock & Inventory: Count and tally allocated stock daily, maintain secure display counters, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Visual Merchandising: Clean, polish, and arrange jewellery displays to create an inviting, luxury retail workplace.
- Transaction Management: Process cash and card payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) software, gift wrap items, and maintain customer records for follow-ups.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
