Ujalaa Milk Producer Company Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced AM/DM Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and provide required documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.




- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in audit coordination and financial analysis.
- Robust MS Excel and accounting/ERP software skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Qualification: CA / CMA
