Job Summary

Principal GenAI Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grad Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack application architecture using the MERN stack, cloud-native development on Azure, and modern AI technologies including AI Agents, RAG, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Required Skills
- 1516 years of experience in software development and solution architecture with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Solid experience in designing scalable enterprise applications using microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, AI-powered workflows, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Azure AI services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of system integration, security, application performance,



and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to mentor technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using the MERN stack and Azure Cloud.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities, MCP-based workflows, and enterprise integrations across applications.
- Provide technical leadership by driving architecture reviews, technology decisions, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure successful solution delivery.
