We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Hospital Administration Faculty / Trainer to train students in hospital management, administration, and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, career-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and structured classes on Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Teach topics such as Hospital Operations, Front Office, Medical Records, Healthcare Services, HR, Billing, Insurance, and Hospital Departments.
- Provide practical examples and industry-oriented knowledge to help students understand real hospital operations.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, presentations, and practical training sessions.
- Guide students regarding internships, placements, and career opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reports.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery and student development.
- Support students during hospital visits, internships, and industry exposure programmes.

Requirements
- Qualification in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Hospital Management / MBA Healthcare or a relevant field.
- Candidates with teaching or hospital administration experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with robust subject knowledge may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Practical knowledge of hospital administration and healthcare operations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
