Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled NLP and LLM Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions that power our products and services. This role involves working with state-of-the-art models, data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven features.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy NLP and LLM-based solutions for various business applications.
- Fine-tune, adapt, and optimize pre-trained LLMs for specific use cases.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for text data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate NLP/LLM capabilities into our products.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in NLP and LLM technologies.
- Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on solutions.
- Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code.




- Stay current with the rapidly evolving field of AI and machine learning.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and strategy for AI/ML initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API).
- Experience with ML model development, training, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated ML services.
- Experience with data processing and database querying (e.g., SQL).
