Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Configure and maintain alarm monitoring systems to ensure timely detection of potential problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting NOC operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, backups, and firmware updates.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server operating system administration.
- Proficiency in alarm monitoring tools and software (e.g. SolarWinds).
- Experience with server monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios) is desirable.
