The role is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT assets across the organization.

The position involves installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of hardware, software, servers, and communication systems. The incumbent will also support GMP-regulated IT environments, maintain system reliability, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely technical support to end users.

Role & responsibilities
- Follow and maintain IT policies, procedures, and training plans for effective resource administration and appropriate system usage.
- Manage network assets, including inventory management, lifecycle tracking, and related documentation.
- Provide end-user support and guidance in line with defined SLAs and IT policies.
- Plan and coordinate the installation and deployment of hardware and software across locations and departments.
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend solutions related to systems, services, protocols, and standards.




- Assess, approve, and administer hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage and ensure the effective operation of e-mail, print, backup servers, and associated operating systems.
- Manage and maintain IT security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion detection systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, analyze performance metrics, and provide periodic reports.
- Manage IT GMP operations for Quality Control (QC) and Manufacturing systems across locations.
- Support GMP applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support USFDA and other regulatory audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Infrastructure Qualification requirements.
