We are hiring a Project Lead to lead and manage a community health project. The Project Lead owns end-to-end delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities:
1. Programme delivery and operations
2. Community outreach and partnerships
3. Digital health
4. Data, monitoring and reporting
5. Budget, compliance and governance
6. Team leadership
Person specification:
1. Bachelor's/ Masters' degree, preferably in social work, rural management or management.
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience.
3. Robust operational discipline: planning, logistics, budgeting and reporting.
4. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
5. Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field conditions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
