AASI is looking for an experienced and highly organized US & India HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Chennai office.
This position will support the U.S. HR Director from our India office while also managing recruitment and HR-related activities for the AASI India organization.
The role is broader than traditional recruitment and will involve U.S. recruitment, India recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, reporting, employee relations, training coordination, and general HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with U.S.-based leadership and employees, managing sensitive HR information
Role & responsibilities :
U.S. Recruitment & HR Support
- Support the U.S. HR Director with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities from the India office.
- Manage recruitment activities for U.S. positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate with U.S. hiring managers and department leaders throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support U.S. employee onboarding and related HR documentation.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training programs and training-related activities.
- Support U.S. HR processes and ensure required documentation and follow-ups are completed on time.
AASI India Recruitment & HR :
- Manage recruitment for AASI India across departments and functions.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower requirements and open positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
- Handle offer documentation, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee records.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment databases.
- Support workforce planning and ongoing hiring requirements.
