Job Description

The Lead Architect owns the end-to-end technical design of enterprise applications built on Java and the Spring ecosystem. The role combines hands-on architecture of cloud-ready, event-driven microservices with technical leadership across the software development lifecycle - setting standards, mentoring engineers, driving engineering excellence and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,



including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver cutting-edge and future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture for assigned systems, from solution design through detailed component, integration, and deployment architecture.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions while collaborating closely with business, product, and delivery teams.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and fault tolerance are incorporated into all solutions.
- Design and oversee the development of Java-based, cloud-ready microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
