Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers and field teams via phone, WhatsApp, and video calls for troubleshooting, testing, and resolving issues related to solar inverters, monitoring systems, and associated equipment.
- Perform remote diagnostics and RCA by analyzing inverter alarms, plant performance, monitoring data,



and conducting video-call inspections to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting to restore plant generation wherever possible, explain system behavior and inverter error codes, and determine when on-site field support is required.
- Coordinate with Field Engineers, CNOC, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution, field visit planning, and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor plant performance and analyze generation data to identify losses, inefficiencies, and maintenance opportunities, while preparing performance reports and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting activities, RCA, and technical interventions in CRM and business tools, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or
