Role & responsibilities

Manage daily SMT/FATP production activities and achieve shift-wise production targets.

Monitor manpower, line balancing, cycle time, productivity and line utilization.

Ensure production as per quality standards, SOPs, work instructions and customer requirements.

Monitor SMT processes including Solder Paste Printing, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI and PCB Assembly.

Handle FATP assembly, testing and packing activities.

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, downtime and process issues.

Coordinate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, NPI and SCM teams.

Drive RCA and corrective actions for production-related issues.

Monitor FPY, rejection, rework, scrap, OEE and productivity.

Ensure proper material availability, line clearance and changeover.
