About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible **HR Executive** to manage day-to-day HR operations for our engineering and manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR compliance, and maintaining discipline across the organization.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with **management, office employees, and shop-floor/workshop employees**.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, shop-floor, and support positions.

* Prepare and post job descriptions on suitable job portals and recruitment platforms.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.





* Coordinate technical interviews with respective department heads.

* Coordinate salary discussions, selection, documentation, and joining formalities.

* Maintain recruitment tracker and monitor open positions.

* Build a database of suitable candidates for recurring requirements.

* Focus on reducing hiring time and improving employee retention.
2. Joining & Employee Onboarding

* Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.

* Collect KYC, educational, experience, bank, PF, ESIC and other required documents.

* Conduct HR induction for recent employees.

* Explain company policies, working hours, attendance, leave, discipline and other HR procedures.

* Coordinate department-wise induction and training.
3. Attendance & Leave Management

* Monitor daily employee attendance, late coming, early leaving and absenteeism.

* Maintain attendance records through the company's attendance system.
