We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in real estate operations, project coordination, team management, customer handling, vendor management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across real estate projects.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Projects, Site, Finance, Legal, and Administration teams.
- Monitor project-related operational activities and ensure timely execution.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Develop and implement effective operational processes and SOPs.
- Track project progress, operational performance, and key business metrics.
- Handle customer-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Experience in Real Estate Developers / Managed Farmland /will be preferred.
- Candidates who have handled end-to-end real estate operations will be strongly preferred.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
