Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, change requests, and lessons learned records.
