Hiring | Manager Operations

Location: Chandigarh University, Gharuan, Punjab
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexibility: Once a week, candidates must be adaptable to extend working hours by up to 2 additional hours.

Job Title - Manager – Operations

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Maximum Age: 48 years

Required Skills:
- Candidates with strong operational and analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Requirements
- Strong operational understanding with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Operations IQ Based questions
- Good command of Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High level of flexibility with respect to work timings
- Ability to handle operational challenges and resolve issues effectively

Mandatory Gadgets:
- Laptop: Intel Core i5 processor or above
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB
- Operating System: Windows 11
- Android Smartphone
- HDMI to HDMI Cable:



Minimum 3 metres

Candidates who do not have the above-mentioned mandatory gadgets/equipment should not apply.

Selection Process

Round 1 – Advanced Excel Assessment | 1 Hour

The assessment will cover:
- VLOOKUP / Advanced Lookup Functions
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Advanced Excel Formulas
- Google Sheets & Google Forms
- PPT Preparation

Round 2 – Final Technical Interview | 40 Minutes

The interview will include:
- Operations IQ-based questions
- Case study-based problem solving
- Strong focus on calculations and numerical ability
- Situational and operational decision-making
