- Manage and maintain the executive office and common areas, ensuring they are always immaculate, well-stocked, and presentable for executives and visitors.
- Act as a primary point of contact for executives, screening calls, managing correspondence, and handling requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee catering services for meetings, events, and executive lunches,
