Job Summary
We are hiring Diploma Engineers for multiple functions including Production, Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience to work in a energetic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support plant operations across respective functions.
- Ensure smooth production and adherence to process parameters.
- Handle equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain quality standards and follow SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Diploma is mandatory.
- No further studies/qualification after Diploma are allowed — candidates pursuing or holding B.E./B.Tech or other higher qualifications are not eligible.
- Age: 20 to 28 years.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Production or related specialization.
- Experience in Production / Manufacturing / Process / Quality / Maintenance / Operations is preferred.
FTE Role – Important Clarification
- FTE means Fixed-Term Employment.
- The employment is for a fixed period of 3 years and the candidate will be on the company's payroll.
- There is NO bond or service agreement to be signed.
- Candidates are not required to pay any amount or sign any bond/contract for completing the 3-year tenure.
