B Creative Solutions is hiring a Performance Marketing / Paid Ads Executive

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

Create and optimize campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Traffic & Conversions.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.

Manage campaign budgets and improve overall ROI.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics.

Work closely with the Sales, Content, Design, and SEO teams.

Identify new opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills





1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads / PPC.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Valuable understanding of Lead Generation and Conversion Campaigns.

Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.

Experience in B2B lead generation, IT services, Software/SaaS or Digital Marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
