About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the delivery of high-quality digital, web, UI/UX, and graphic design projects.

The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with leadership, project management, and client/stakeholder coordination skills. You will be responsible for guiding designers, maintaining design quality and consistency, managing workloads, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with business and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic, web, and UI/UX designers.
- Assign projects and tasks based on team members' skills, experience, and workload.
- Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and guidance to improve team performance.
- Conduct regular design reviews and ensure work meets established quality standards.




- Identify skill gaps and support team members through coaching, training, and development.
- Foster a team-oriented, creative, and positive team environment.
Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee multiple design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Plan project timelines, priorities, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Marketing Teams, Content Writers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, resource constraints, and project risks and take corrective action.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
Creative Direction & Quality Control
- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
- Review and approve designs before final delivery.
