Job Overview About Role

Responsible for managing, optimizing, and controlling inventory levels to support business operations efficiently. Ensures accuracy of stock, timely replenishment, minimal stock-outs, and effective coordination with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational targets.





Role and Responsibilities

1.Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels based on business demand forecasts and historical trends.

2. Analyse inventory turnover ratios, ageing, and slow/non-moving stock to recommend corrective actions.

3. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely replenishment of stock.

4. Implement and improve inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical verification, and reconciliation.

5. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in ERP or inventory management systems.

Solid Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, scenario modelling).

6.Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.
