JOB SUMMARY ME-HR

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at the Camp location for a 4 month internship. This role offers a hands-on prospect to gain practical experience in both recruitment and generalist HR activities. High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in talent acquisition.
▸ Knowledge of platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and Apna to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent pools.
▸ Create and publish SEO-friendly job descriptions to enhance job post visibility and attract suitable candidates.
▸ Use Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to efficiently find and shortlist candidates.
▸ Engage with employee referrals, social media, and talent communities to expand hiring reach.
▸ Conduct campus recruitment by collaborating with colleges,



organizing placement drives, and connecting with fresh talent.
▸ Support HR generalist activities such as onboarding, training coordination, documentation, and employee engagement.
▸ Promote the company’s culture and career growth opportunities during the hiring process.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

▸ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
▸ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▸ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
▸ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. ME-HR

PREFERRED SKILLS
▸ Comfortable using MS Office and online recruitment platforms
▸ Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
