Sr Human Resources Executive

Qualification and Skills:

Any graduate (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)
2-4+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and organizational skill
Ability to handle confidential data and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview
coordination, and offer rollouts.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and
orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and absenteeism reports.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, tax compliance,
and liaising with the finance team.
Address employee queries related to salary,



benefits, policies, and grievance resolution.
Assist in conducting performance appraisals, goal setting, and probation reviews.
Organize and support employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC,
gratuity, etc.).
Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking
progress.
Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards for management insights.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations and assist in HR audits and
compliance reporting.
