The Opportunity

We’re looking for an
Executive – Teacher Relations & Operations
who can be the bridge between our
teachers, internal teams, and operational ecosystem
.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that operational excellence translates into a seamless experience for both our teachers and learners.





You’ll work closely with a large network of teachers, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and aligned with Artium’s processes and expectations.

What You’ll Own

? Teacher Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our teacher community.
- Manage relationships with a large group of
150+ teachers
, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with Artium’s expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact for teacher-related concerns, queries, and operational requirements.
- Create a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment for teachers.

⚡ Escalation & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and manage teacher and operational escalations based on defined escalation criteria.
- Take end-to-end ownership of issues and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
