- Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain slimming, weight-loss and wellness treatments/packages.
- Understand customers' requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Convert enquiries into clinic visits, consultations and enrollments.
- Follow up with leads through calls/messages.
- Maintain lead, call and conversion records in CRM/manual registers.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
- Coordinate appointments with front desk, counsellors and clinic managers.
- Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
- Fluency in Communication is mandatory

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
