- Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR functions and partner closely with business leaders on people-related matters. The role will involve HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and overall people management.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Partner with senior management and business heads on HR strategy and people-related matters.
- Lead recruitment activities across functions, including senior-level hiring.
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management and annual appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and people analytics to management.
- Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and welfare initiatives.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and full & final coordination.
- Work closely with leadership to identify workforce requirements and organisational development needs.
- Lead and mentor junior HR team members, where applicable.
- Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a Generalist/HR Operations role.
- Strong experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
- Prior experience handling HR independently and partnering with senior stakeholders.
