Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy, positioning, communication, and marketing initiatives for a growing healthcare brand.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, consumer communication, and agency management. Healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, pharma, HealthTech, or wellness industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning in line with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Digital, Social Media, Print, Outdoor, Events, PR, and other relevant channels.
- Develop strong brand messaging, communication pillars, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to strengthen online brand presence.
- Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.




- Collaborate with doctors and medical teams to create credible, engaging, and consumer-friendly healthcare communication.
- Develop campaigns around healthcare services, preventive healthcare, awareness initiatives, and key healthcare days.
- Manage creative, media, PR, production, and other external agencies.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer research to identify brand growth opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, consumer engagement, and market trends.
- Work closely with senior management, business, sales, operations, medical, and digital teams.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, deliverables, and overall execution.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
