Role Summary
The Operations & Order Management Analyst will support day-to-day business operations, including asset management, order processing, inventory coordination, vendor management, invoice validation, and system administration. The role requires solid attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer asset databases, including hardware fulfilment records, serial numbers, warranty information, and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Monitor hardware maintenance schedules, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with maintenance requirements.
- Support Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes by assisting with order management, tracking order status, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors on orders, deliveries, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate vendor communication records and relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, support inventory optimization initiatives,



and assist with demand planning and cost reduction efforts.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, document improvement opportunities, and support process enhancement and automation initiatives using Excel and other business tools.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for ERP systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring accurate system data and process compliance.
- Respond to operational inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, provide Proof of Delivery (POD) updates, and maintain professional communications.
- Validate and reconcile shipment and software delivery invoices, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate billing and payment processing for high-volume transactions.
- Review and validate backlog reports, monitor order fulfilment status, track delivery performance, and escalate delays or exceptions as required.
