Work Overview / Purpose
To lead and manage the field sales team, drive performance,
monitor CRM activities, guide Solar Sales & Tele Executives, and
ensure achievement of sales targets and operational excellence in
lead conversion, order closures, and customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead and monitor performance of Solar Sales Executives
2. Plan and assign daily visit targets and leads
3. Guide proposal delivery and resolve escalated objections
4. Ensure CRM entries and documentation are completed
5. Monitor follow-ups and quotation pipeline
6. Analyze team performance metrics
7. Conduct ongoing training and development sessions
Daily Tasks
- Conduct morning briefing with sales team
- Daily Evaluate Tele Calls & Appointment Booking Details
- Review and finalize field visit plans
- Monitor daily CRM activity and data entry
- Approve pricing and discount escalation requests
- Track token/advance collection status
- Support team in resolving customer objections
- Coordinate With Support Team & Execution Team
- Coordinate with documentation and technical departments
Weekly Tasks
- Hold weekly performance review meetings
- Evaluate conversion ratios and identify improvement areas
- Coach and mentor team members
- Strategize follow-ups and warm lead re-engagement
- Submit weekly report and insights to management

- Analyze and report on monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Conduct 1-on-1 review sessions with each executive
- Align with marketing team on lead flow and targeting strategy
