Responsibilities
- Pick up clothes from customers homes and deliver finished garments.
- Check the clothes and count them during pickup.
- Use the mobile app to update order status.
- Handle cash or digital payments upon delivery.
- Maintain a skilled behavior with customers at all times.
Requirements
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Location: Candidate must reside within a 10km radius of the store location.
- Technology: A Smartphone is mandatory (for using the delivery app and navigation).
- Language Skills: Must be able to read English (to read addresses, names, and labels).
- Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Attitude: Must be polite, punctual, and have a good customer service mindset.
