Role & responsibilities
- Plan and perform organic synthesis experiments as per project requirements.
- Execute and monitor reactions, ensuring completion within the planned timelines.
- Record experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately in laboratory notebooks.
- Analyze reaction outcomes and experimental data to support project progress.
- Prepare brief experiment summaries and project reports.
- Follow laboratory safety practices and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized laboratory workspace and instruments.
- Assist in troubleshooting reactions and optimizing experimental conditions when required.

Preferred candidate profile
- M.Sc.



in Organic Chemistry with robust fundamentals in organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory experiments and common purification techniques (chromatography, crystallization, distillation).
- Basic understanding of analytical techniques such as HPLC, NMR, LCMS, GC.
- Ability to maintain laboratory notebooks, record and analyze data, and prepare experiment reports.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to plan and complete reactions within timelines.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 02 years of R&D; experience will be preferred.
